We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Accounting and Reporting who wants to lead and develop Dole Nordic’s accounting function.

• Responsible for consolidation of the Swedish and Danish units separately as well as a joint consolidation of monthly results, budget and forecast.
• Drive continuous improvements to scalable accounting processes, systems and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of financial data for the Nordic entities.
• Act as the main contact person for internal and external audits and ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations and SOX.
• Implement the strategic plan for Finance Nordic and further develop the Finance Shared Service Center.

Experience and education:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in economics, accounting or equivalent.
• Five years of relevant experience from a similar role.
• At least five years of leadership experience.
• Good knowledge of business English and Swedish, both written and oral.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
• Solid knowledge of accounting processes and standards.
• In-depth knowledge of financial methods and reporting.
• Experience from a larger international group is an advantage.
• Experience in US GAAP, SOX and working in HFM is an advantage.
