As Head of Procure to Pay Finance, you take on strategic and operational responsibility for the entire P2P process in the finance area.
- You ensure efficient and error-free implementation in the following areas:
- Invoice receipt and processing: Processing of all incoming invoices.
- Invoice verification and approval: Correct processing in compliance with compliance requirements.
- Payment processes and payment runs: monitoring and controlling payment transactions.
- Processing of financial statements: Preparation and implementation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- You identify optimization needs, derive corresponding optimization initiatives and develop implementation plans to sustainably increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- You lead and develop a highly motivated team. You promote open communication as well as close and constructive cooperation within the area and with other departments.
- Completed studies in business administration, finance or a comparable course of study.
- Several years of experience in the P2P sector in a management position.
- Proven responsibility for strategic and operational tasks in the mentioned areas.
- Very good understanding of complex relationships as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working.
- High motivation, independence and consistent goal orientation.
- Profound experience in the analysis, optimization and standardization of P2P processes.
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams and executing complex projects.
- Structured and precise expression in speech and writing.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Confident handling of internal and external stakeholders.
