Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President – Lean Digital Transformation – – Procure to Pay – Shared Services – Manufacturing
This role allows you to build and implement the digital transformation strategy/framework, provides an avenue to drive end-to-end solutions and demonstrate internal and external multi-function perspective to customize solutions for our clients .
- Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive Transformation Roadmap for Procure to pay processes including Accounts Payable
- Policy Formulation: Develop policies required to achieve measurable business process improvements such as Automation penetration thru GenAI /AI technologies, Paid on Time and First Pass Yield
- Project Leadership: Lead Customer facing key projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives .
- Collaboration: Work with other certified professionals in planning, designing, and executing critical projects.
- Mentorship & Training: Act as an internal consultant for Black Belts/Lean Coaches and their project teams; provide training on advanced Six Sigma tools. Improve Lean culture across teams.
- Process Re-engineering: Deploy analytics to re-engineer Procure to Pay operations to deliver value to clients.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs, guidelines, targets, and standards for monitoring results.
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- CA/MBA/ B. Tech with Relevant years of experience in process improvement roles
- Deep domain knowledge of Procure to Pay processes,
- Proven track record of leading high business impact Lean Six Sigma projects in Shared Services environment for Manufacturing Industry
- Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities
- Project management degree/diploma/certification would be an advantage
- Black Belt/Master Black Belt certification
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis software and Agentic Solutions deployment
