  • Understanding of the financial and HR processes including knowledge of the relevant supporting system support and how they can be deployed in the business.
  • Execution and continuous improvement experience. Proven ability to lead mapping, optimising and redesigning of the processes in a service center context
  • Service Shared Center experience Consistent track record from leading the implementation of/operating a multifunctional shared service center or equivalent
  • Strong business experience, Understand how the business works and how the BSO will play a meaningful role in innovating and globalising the company´s group. Ability, together with the performance manager, to build the relevant important metrics for the service center.
  • International and intercultural experience, Experience in working across cultures and in a non-hierarchical working environment, as well a great add would be contributing a Diverse and Inclusive perspective.
  • 5-10 years Shared Service Center Experience -Global Business Service (GBS)
  • If the person has experience leading a Order-To-Cash stream it will be a plus
  • Digital sophisticated (strategic/ tactically/ operationally)
  • Strong Customer Management
  • Leader of leaders – highly required to have that experience
  • MS office: sophisticated
  • SAP: sophisticated
  • Travel days: 30-40 days globally
  • Sophisticated English
