Our client is a Saudi Arabian group of companies that has grown significantly. Power, electrical, civil, environmental, structural, commercial, industrial, and high-end technology products That is seeking a Vice President of Shared Services to lead the company’s efforts in establishing and managing shared services across various departments. The VP of Shared Services will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in all operational functions within the organization.

• Develop and implement a shared services strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and goals.
• Lead the development and implementation of shared services solutions that improve operational performance and reduce costs.
• Manage the shared services team and oversee the day-to-day operations of shared services functions, including finance, HR, IT, procurement, and other operational areas.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including internal departments, suppliers, and external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure that shared services processes and procedures are efficient, effective, and best-in-class.
• Develop and implement service level agreements (SLAs) to measure performance, monitor progress, and ensure service delivery meets business needs.
• Partner with other departments to ensure that shared services are integrated and aligned with business processes and systems.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement shared services policies and procedures that comply with regulatory and legal requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field. A master’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in shared services management, including experience in finance, HR, IT, procurement, or other operational areas.
• Experience in leading large-scale shared services operations in a complex organizational structure.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in developing and implementing shared services strategies and solutions.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in working with senior management to develop and implement policies and procedures.
