Summary

• Focus on enabling Operations and Shared Services Leaders to make data driven decisions
• Manage and track data for Fulfillment, Transload, Cold Chain, Yards and Depots, and Transportation (Full, middle and final mile delivery)
• Manage success metrics for Must Win Battles

• Work with Operations Leadership to manage and track initiatives outcomes
• Provide weekly dashboard for operations reporting with 7 points of categories
• Manage data tables and structuring data collection
• Document department procedures and Standard Operating Procedures
• Manage team of Operations Analysts and contribute

• Master of science degree in Operations, Engineering, Big Data or related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI and Smartsheet or the equivalent
• Ability to quickly learn new systems or software
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Self-driven, motivated, and organized
