• You will take over the technical and disciplinary management of the Financial Shared Service Center and further expand the team to manage our growth
• You will lead the day-to-day operations of the Shared Service Center with a focus on the accounts receivable team
• You will be responsible for the A/P, procurement, and payroll processes that are currently outsourced
• You will ensure compliance with all financial and legal requirements related to the shared service processes
• You will develop a roadmap for the integration of foreign subsidiaries or newly acquired companies into the financial processes
• You will manage the stakeholders by initiating and shaping the dialogue with key stakeholders, monitoring the decentralised stakeholder dialogues and identifying new requirements
• You prepare reports to the Head of Finance

• You have a proven track record of leading finance teams, especially in a shared service center environment
• You have relevant experience in the preparation of annual financial statements (e.g. individual financial statements)
• You preferably have know-how in the preparation of financial statements according to IFRS/Local GAAP and tax topics
• You have experience with transformation programs and migration setups
