We are now seeking a new Finance Director to join our Strategic Leadership Team in shaping our work at a strategic level and in particular the financial direction of UBSA and the services it offers to the UBS Fellowship in the season ahead.

The role is UK based, home working, with access to the Swindon office and a requirement to be present in Swindon 2-3 days per month.Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours). However, we are also open to receiving applications from candidates who would be interested in this as a part-time role (minimum 70%/ 3.5 days per week).

We are looking for a strategic finance leader and CCAB qualified accountant who has:

• Relevant INGO or other international charity experience, or commercial experience that is transferable into the not for profit environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at a senior level.
• An ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from other countries, cultures and time zones (and, ideally, experience of working as part of a global virtual team).
• Strong ability to leverage systems in order to enhance business efficiency and capacity.
• Commitment to the mission and aims of UBS and comfortable working in a Christian organisation with sensitivity to the breadth of church support that UBS enjoys.
