The Director of Accounts Payable GNFR will be responsible for overall leadership and direction of the AP shared services teams. You will be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of supplier invoices and a key contact for both internal and external stakeholders. The candidate will ensure that the AP team integrates seamlessly with the Procurement and Technology teams to improve the effectiveness of the payables operations.

• Partnering across our team, EBS Indirect Procurement Services team and with key stakeholders to understand needs, and to design and implement effective procurement and systems solutions.
• Serving as point of contact for procurement applications and system design for the Indirect Procurement business
• Advising and supporting the business using the financials and industry best practices to understand the business.
• Partnering with business segments on consolidation of the procurement business, application of USGAAP and external reporting.
• Identifying and implement solutions that can be leveraged and repeated in other areas.
• Leading direct team as well as across teams with influence.
• Championing inclusion and other associate development initiatives

• You have strong experience in the Indirect Procurement fields with experience in developing process improvements.
• You have a proven track record in directing large teams.
• You can manage multiple complex projects while achieving key business results.
• You possess exceptional judgment and the proven ability to understand and present significant matters in a concise, coherent manner to key stakeholders.
• You are comfortable with ambiguity and making findings of fact, capable of interfacing with Walmart’s business segments and identified risks.
