You will report directly to our CFO, for whom you will also be a valued sounding board and confidant.You will serve as a catalyst and inspirer, enhancing our processes and driving the continued digitalization of our finance function. • Full responsibility for Columbus’s Accounting teams
• IFRS & Tax responsibility
• C-level stakeholder management, as-well-as being the link to the Audit Committee
• Leading +30 employees in Scandinavia, US, UK and India
• Managing and developing the project controlling team
• Financial sparring in relation to M&A’s and divestments
• Responsibility for the global salary department
• Key driver in our Environmental Social Governance reporting that is heavily anchored in our finance department.
• Ensuring that our external reporting is complaint, aligned with the requirements of all relevant stakeholders: in short – best in class 💪

• Master’s in Accounting & Tax
• Strong financial process understanding and implementation experience from within a mid to large-sized company.
• Experience in leading large teams creating an inclusive environment for everyone, as-well-as cultural understanding of the differences in communicating with colleagues from different countries and cultures across the globe.
• Fluent in both Danish and English (speaking and writing
