An international healthcare company is looking to fill a Commercial Controller position. In this position, the selected candidate will be overseeing the financial closing procedure of the revenue cycle. This position is based in Tokyo.

- Offer technical accounting advice for the key team
- Deliver accounting judgments on irregular transactions and paperwork
- Manage revenue recognition precision and its control procedure
- Drive LEAN and digital transformation project
- Manage ERP execution initiatives
- Oversee local commercial controllership team and shared services
- 4-7 years of experience in accounting in an international company
- Experience in healthcare business (related sector is ideal)
- Proficient in LEAN or Kaizen
- Familiarity with GAAP (CPA is a plus)
- Prior experience in digital transformation is preferred
- Business level Japanese and English
