- Exercise overall operational responsibility for all Carillon, OTenna, and ReflecTek facilities.
- Working alongside business and engineering leaders, and with company staff, leverage Carillon, OTenna, and ReflecTek facilities and personnel to enable successful execution of company initiatives.
- Serve as the senior on-site company representative for all Carillon, OTenna, and ReflecTek facilities.
- Interface directly with local authorities, community organizations, and universities to support execution of business objectives.
- Exercise day-to-day management responsibility for corporate shared services staff, including project management, information technology, security, business operations and legal services.
- Manage projects in compliance with cost goals and operating budgets.
- Support all on-site activities and personnel at managed facilities and negotiate resource allocation conflicts between business teams.
- Manage relationships and partnerships with universities and professional associations, including exercising primary management responsibility for university partnerships.
- Supervise Company physical security and insider threat programs.
- Promptly complete required training activities, and ensure prompt completion by assigned personnel.
- Coordinate with the leadership team and with other Company staff to ensure effective utilization of company personnel, resources, and facilities; to ensure effective implementation of all company policies and procedures; and to ensure compliance with all applicable Government laws and regulations.
- Outstanding personal presence and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to effectively interface with senior leadership, customers, stakeholders, local officials and university representatives and serve as a principal company representative at managed facilities.
- Superior organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Experience analyzing processes, policies, and procedures for efficiency; identifying opportunities for improvements and providing recommendations based on the analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet changing deadlines.
- Ability to be flexible and work extended hours to ensure issues are resolved.
- Excellent end-to-end generalist problem solving skills and ability to prioritize issues and analysis.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Demonstrated track record of unquestioned integrity and professionalism.
- Personal experience with management of government and university contracts.
- Experience working with Air Force Research Lab, Dayton OH (preferred)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 14 years of relevant experience; a Master’s degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience; or a Ph.D. degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.
- Candidate must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret security clearance.
- Travel Minimal (5%-15%, predominantly local) In office at least 75%.
