- Technical and disciplinary management of our Corporate Accounting (Consolidation & Accounting Governance) as well as the technical management of our Shared Service Center in Hungary for the processes General Ledger, Asset Ledger, Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
- Business partner for business and functions for accounting-related issues
- Responsibility for the consolidated financial statements of the KOSTAL Group and the individual financial statements of German companies
- Global process responsibility for all accounting processes, in particular General Ledger, Asset Ledger, Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
- Responsibility of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting
- Responsibility for accounting issues related to M&A activities and other projects
- Responsibility of the global accounting guideline according to HGB
- Independent coordination with our auditor at Group level
- Successfully completed studies in business administration with a focus on accounting
- Professional exam as a certified public accountant
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Experience in leading and developing teams
- Solution-oriented and integrative personality
- Dynamic personality who likes to take on challenges and accompanies changes positively
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
- Very good knowledge of the relevant software, especially SAP, as well as consolidation solutions
- Willingness to travel and interest in intercultural cooperation
