- Business Head, leading P&L for pan India business for the category end to end.
- Handling the P&L a/c of the domestic department by achieving defined targets year-on-year
- Looking at B2B2C sales
- Responsible for Topline and bottom line of the category. To look at budget preparation, purchase planning and margin analysis for the category.
- Looking at outsourcing of the products, coordinating for product development, packaging and ppc activities with the plant
- Analysis of fast moving products, follow up for billing, regular market visit to study competition activities and new developments
- Collaboration with Designing, Branding, Production & Dispatch team for seamless business functioning
- Liaisoning with the suppliers & licensee
- Working with the management to understand the business goals, values and both short term and long term business objectives
- Responsible to manage domestic team; aligning with the business values to achieve overall business objective
- Responsible for driving profitable growth across all the product categories and channels of distribution – z. Distributors, Multi Brand Outlets, Exclusive Retail, Modern Retail and Ecommerce
- Lead a large team covering Sales, Supply chain, Category, Projects, Business Development, Retail Operations and Shared Services
