- Responsible for formulating and continuously improving the human resources system, including but not limited to the construction and management of employee relationship processes in various lines and regions within the company, labor contract management, and the handling and prevention of labor disputes;
- According to different regions , Regularly investigate the implementation of regional business, evaluate the effect and efficiency of the implementation of the process, and regularly optimize the core business processes and operating specifications of SSC in each business area;
- Responsible for continuously exploring the needs of human resource business in various regions, and continuously improving the service content and products of the e-HR platform; Risk warning management methods and measures to reduce employment risks in different business areas;
- Continuously improve the operating efficiency of the sharing center, ensure the professionalism, timeliness, and accuracy of SSC’s service to users in different areas, and improve employee experience and satisfaction;
- Continue to optimize the company’s supplier quality rating, optimize the internal and external docking process and supervision and feedback process mechanism; 8
- Based on the business information data generated by e-HR, carry out data mining, analysis, application and information maintenance, and formulate a data analysis index system, Provide data support for overall human resource planning, COE section work planning, and business strategy formulation, and provide analysis, insights, and suggestions to achieve business pre-management;
- Cultivate a professional, efficient, and service-conscious SSC team, Continuously optimize the team structure, and improve the execution and professionalism of the overall team through introduction and internal training.
- Bachelor degree or above, no majors, human resources-related professional background is preferred
- More than 5 years of experience in human resources management positions in large enterprises, with SSC operation management, e-HR platform operation, human resources Experience in resource data management;
- Proficient in the professional knowledge of the six modules of human resource management;
- Proficient in policies, systems and processes related to human resources and shared services, and familiar with labor laws and regulations in various regions of the country;
- Proficient in SSC process management and performance management , quality management, human resource data management, with excellent data analysis ability;
- Proficiency in using the company’s e-HR platform system and office operating software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
- High sense of responsibility and team awareness, Proactive, with a strong sense of service;
