On behalf of our client, Manpower Serbia is searching for motivated candidates to take the challenge and successfully fulfill the position of Director of Finance and Controlling
- Lead and manage the areas of Finance & Controlling, HR and Organization / IT, and shared service in a fast growing company
- Responsible for all finance and controlling processes including optimization and controlling of these processes
- Analyse all finance and controlling data and define measures to optimize the operating figures
- Ensures monthly, quarterly, and yearly closures as well as other reporting
- Responsible for the yearly budget planning and forecasts
- Responsible for cash flow planning and liquidity management as well as fixed assets and investment control
- Built up, manage, and further develop a group internal service center
- Ensures the implementation of professional HR processes in line with our corporate rules and guidelines until the position of the HR Manager will be installed
- Responsible for comprehensive HR work and service to the business
- Manage related processes of the OI department (IT Service Management / ITSM, structural and process organization)
- Cooperation with internal and external contact persons (banks, auditors, tax consulter, etc.)
- Close collaboration with the Group head office
- University degree in economics and minimum 5 – 8 years of experience as a leader in an international middle sized growing company, ideally automotive area
- Strong value based interdisciplinary leadership and managerial skills, ideal experience with leading a shared service center, and work experience in a startup company
- Excellent communication skills as well as outstanding interpersonal skills and a confident manner
- Highly motivated with a proactive attitude
- Profound project management skills, high level of numeracy, and excellent analytic skills
- Ability to work under pressure and work independently
- Profound knowledge of IAS/IFRS and local tax laws
- HR and IT process know how
- Fluency in English (written and oral)
- Solid understanding of SAP and MS Office
