Looking for a well-established CFO advisor who has experience in the Shared Services environment and is excited to build. Hybrid role located in Southfield, MI.

  • Responsible for building and maintaining account relationship with the Service Provider (Outsource or Centralized team) as well as maintaining relationship with Service Recipient (Internal) and other enabling functions seeking support for resolution plans
  • Responsible for proactively monitoring Service Providers targets, KPIs, etc.
  • Manages and delivers operational strategic vison by monitoring Service Providers quality against targets and KPIs
  • Drives the adoption and execution of appropriate and robust service management and ensures review frameworks are in place
  • Provides reviews and feedback on process improvements and the development of policies, procedures, methods and tools in support of delivery
  • Consolidates lessons learned to support further improvement of Service management tools and/or processes
  • Drives Global Process service change management e.g., volume changes, technology changes, service changes, regulatory changes etc.
  • Drives Global Process management, resource and capacity management processes across retained and outsourced components
  • Ensuring Global Process team ( Service Management, Service Recipient and enabling function ) collectively adhere to leading practice standards and operational procedures
  • Responsible for escalating and resolving areas of concern on a timely basis as raised by any relevant parties ( Service Recipient, Service Provider, or Enabling functions)
  • Versed with Digital F&A technologies & tools
  • Excels in developing strong client relationships, driving client dialogue both at Global Process Owners and at CFO level, and in originating, shaping and delivering value-led finance and administration projects
  • Experienced and qualified in driving continuous improvement in core financial processes (e.g., six sigma) with documented impact on on-going performance
  • Solid team player who thrives when working in a fast-paced, high energy and project oriented environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with extensive experience in managing a high-performance team and delivering transformation project
  • Action- and results-oriented, self-driven person with a high energy level, analytical and structured, quality focused and adaptable
  • Flexible and capable of some travel
  • Experienced in shaping of solutions, process diagnostics, blueprinting and savvy with PowerPoints and Excel
