Our client is a leading technology company, who is searching for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
- Take responsibility for creating the Shared Service Centre Vietnam and integrating it with Singapore across all processes.
- Actively seek and lead opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Empower and encourage employees to develop in their roles and skills.
- Ensure an inclusive environment where all Vietnam employees have a clear understanding of the companys mission and vision.
- Motivate, coach, and manage staff to achieve their goals. And provide regular feedback, including documented performance management.
- Monitor the skills required for delivering services, develop successors, and communicate organizational and functional directions to teams.
- Support the business through internal infrastructure/frameworks, policies, processes, and systems that maximize the operational success of the Shared Services Centre Vietnam is a key aspect of their role.
- Drive innovative approaches with a focus on process improvements.
- Ensure effective people and capability management to align the organizational culture with performance and outcomes.
- Develop and implement plans to ensure cost-effective and efficient development and delivery of services.
- Drive innovative approaches to enhance processes.
- Support business operations through internal infrastructure/frameworks, policies, processes, and systems aligned with the Shared Service Centre Singapore to maximize operational success.
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance or related majors.
- Experience in the Shared Services Environment is an advantage.
- At least 5+ years of work experience in management role.
- Data and SLA commitment driven.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Vietnamese)
