We have an exciting new senior executive leadership opportunity to head our shared services functions and join the Australian Leadership Team at our new Chatswood office!
Opportunity
This newly created leadership role is pivotal in leading Asuria’s primary shared services functions such as technology, marketing, business intelligence & improvement, training, and more. Your strategic decisions and excellence-driven leadership will pave the way for unparalleled operational excellence and service, nurturing the success of our business.
- Collaborate and align shared services with Asuria’s strategic objectives and divisional business plans.
- Set performance benchmarks, oversee shared services teams, and guide them towards achieving set targets to facilitate high performance of Asuria’s Government contracts.
- Lead the delivery of shared services support, optimising processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Manage operational budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain quality standards.
- As a member of the Australian Leadership team, oversee the successful implementation of Asuria’s strategy, with shared responsibility for governance, risk management and culture of the organisation
- Continuously enhance efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Significant leadership experience within a matrix organisation and relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically, develop innovative strategies, and embody a customer service mentality.
- Proven ability to foster collaboration, build partnerships, and influence teams.
- Natural leadership skills, with a focus on coaching, inspiration, and encouraging best practice for exemplary delivery.
- Demonstrated expertise for managing operations and budgets.
