TIAA Retirement Sales and Marketing Tech is looking for a Salesforce Architect based in India. This role would be responsible for driving the end-to-end solution design and technical roadmap of the CRM application. This role would be a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and a key change agent driving the transformation of the platform to service business goals driving efficiencies and insights.

Lead the design and architecture of the Salesforce platform, including solutions for integration, data migration, and customization

Create technical specifications, diagrams, and documentation to support development teams

Perform analysis of complex business information including business and technical requirements, process models, user stories, and process gaps.

Conduct Solution Architecture reviews with project teams prior to design and development activities and ensure solution is scalable, is aligned with internal product roadmaps and meets business requirements.

Solid understanding and ability to apply the principles of Salesforce FSC\Sales\Service cloud to the delivery of IT services across the enterprise

Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends, and find opportunities for improvement to the Salesforce platform

Experience creating road maps and architectural reference diagrams
-
Sound ability to provide level of effort estimates and coordinate prioritization efforts of Solution Architects and Integration Architects.

Manage the development lifecycle, including the creation of project plans, estimating timelines, and tracking progress against achievements
-
Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring they follow best practices and adhere to architectural standards

Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities
-
Strong Experience with Salesforce Configuration and Salesforce Customization (APEX, Visualforce page, Visualforce component, Trigger, Batch class, Scheduler, Process Builder, Flows etc).

Deep experience on Lightning Component (Aura, LWC) development.

Hands on experience on Salesforce Integration Services. Strong Knowledge of consuming APIs

Document current and future state processes and develops technical specifications for projects and enhancements

Aid end-user application support (troubleshooting errors, managing support tickets, and testing solutions) and release management (migration, refreshes, version control and deployment) as needed

Work with stakeholders and solution architects to identify reasonable migration paths from the current state to target architectures

Collaborate with business stakeholders and solution owners to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions

Work closely with various teams (Business, Development, Infrastructure) to define and implement elegant, scalable and sustainable technical solutions using the Salesforce technologies, with a focus on adhering to industry standards, best practices and code quality techniques

Implement a process for continuous improvement, lower costs to serve and improving margins

Develop and deliver scalable solutions that can be applied to clients and the business

Lead a world-class team of experienced engineering and delivery experts within technology, data and business intelligence

Drive a passion and core competency across the organization for technology transformation

Coordinate comprehensive changes to update how we work or develop new ways of working

Set the priorities and focus for local and regional teams to support global engineering and delivery of core internal and client products and services.

Provide Salesforce technical leadership for team of developers, admins and analysts

Work with internal technical team members representing back office applications to design seamless integration between the applications

Experience in MuleSoft
-
Hands on experience on Salesforce Analytics and Reporting solutions.

Experience in CI\CD and deployment tools. Should be able to streamline deployment process.

Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

Min 9 years to max 12 years’ experience in technology (product and engineering) and a minimum of 5+ years in Financial Services.

Master’s\Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (engineering or computer science or engineering discipline)
