The Head of Corporate Services for India will lead a team that is responsible for all commercial property strategy, lease administration, and managing the real estate and facility operations across the enterprise commercial properties. This role focuses on the implementation of strategy and policy on initiatives regarding corporate real estate and facilities management. This job leads a large team comprised of three people leaders each with their own individual teams aligned to respective functions.

• Design & implement real estate strategies that have mid to long-term impact on business results in alignment with organization objectives and budgetary constraints.
• Lead sustainability efforts – responsible for operational sustainability activities and carbon footprint reductions and strategies.
• Oversee new construction, leasing, building improvement, and standard alterations work for all existing and upcoming offices.
• Work with design and technology teams to ensure that offices are forward-looking, efficient, and environmentally conscious – this role directly leads sustainability efforts for the portfolio.
• Manage multiple leads directly and their staff indirectly; oversees recommendations regarding promotion, salary, etc. for all leads reporting into them.
• Oversees negotiation of complex contracts. Executes contracts on behalf of business areas within scope of role.
• Makes budget recommendations and is responsible for operating within department and rent and occupancy budgets.
• Responsible for providing and implementing strategic direction and recommendations related to the global real estate footprint of the company. This includes major impacts to budgets, workforce satisfaction, and company reputation.
• Responsible for the real estate strategy including cost consideration, sustainability functionality, and future strategy as well as day to day functions including facilities and maintenance, food services, and existing building moves adds and changes.
