Ideagen India is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Credit Control Query Analyst to join our newly established finance shared services team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the credit control team to resolve and respond to customer and internal queries to ensure timely payments from customers, and minimizing bad debts across the Group. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Liaise with the credit control sales teams to resolve customer payment issues, including:
• Providing purchase order numbers to enable payment.
• Uploading credit control invoices to customer portals
• Resolving queries with the internal legal team
• Completing tax / vendor / other ad hoc forms
• Any other query resolution required to enable invoice payment.
• Resolving and issuing credit note subject to the appropriate approval flows

• Demonstrable experience in credit control or related finance / customer support role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to respond quickly to queries and manage time appropriately.
