Brand new Head of FSSC role has come up with a hugely diverse Group undergoing some very exciting changes in terms of business growth and strategy.

This is a brand new role for a Head of FSSC in a diverse Group undergoing exciting changes. The role involves working alongside a Board of Directors to shape and drive their transactional Finance Shared Service Centre. Key responsibilities include assessing processes and efficiencies of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Billing, and Expenses, as well as leading a team and making tough decisions to drive performance. The role offers freedom, the ability to advise, and the opportunity to use valuable experience within a best-in-class Shared Service Centre.

As a proven Manager of a large Transactional Finance team, you’ll have been ‘in at the deep end’ previously, and will be more than comfortable in working alongside a Board of Directors who are looking to shape and further drive their transactional Finance Shared Service Centre.

You will be key in assessing the processes and efficiencies of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Billing and Expenses, and will be a fantastic leader. You’ll have multiple examples of how you have identified key strengths and weaknesses of a mixed team, and you won’t be afraid of making any tough decisions and recommendations as necessary, and to drive performance forwards.

As the Group grows, you will be given more responsibility and will be a key member of the SLT of this business which has an incredible Finance Director at the helm.

This role will give you freedom, the ability to advise, and you’ll be able to use your valuable experience within a best in class Shared Service Centre adding value immediately.
