- Responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS
- Ensuring and further developing the processes in the Shared Service Center
- Disciplinary leadership and further development of the accounting team
- Responsibility for tax and statistical reports, tax returns and tax audits
- Contact person for the CFO, the management and other (group) internal and external stakeholders
- Contact person for auditors and tax advisors
- Participation in the further development of the ERP system
- Degree in business administration with a focus on finance and accounting or a comparable commercial apprenticeship with further training as an accountant / international accountant
- Several years of professional experience in an industrial company in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility and, ideally, in the establishment and expansion of a shared service center
- Very good accounting knowledge according to HGB and IFRS as well as in tax law
- High degree of commitment, diligence and structured work
- Very good numerical comprehension and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and an independent way of working
- Very good IT skills, especially MS Office and SAP
- Leadership
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Very good communication skills and confident demeanor
