We are seeking an entrepreneurial Accounting Controller to join our finance team in Eindhoven! In this role you will be the key partner to the business in our Molex team and will be the link to our internal finance shared service center teams, to ensure true and timely financial reporting.

What You Will Do

• Act as the linking pin between the finance execution centers (Koch Finance Solutions and Leverage capabilities) and the business with the purpose to ensure that the entity financials are accurate and reported timely. This involves taking complete ownership of the end-result.
• Regularly review the Balance Sheet and P&L to ensure the financial reflects true and fair view of the business and there are no risks of material errors
• Participate in finance related optimization and integration projects
• Supporting the business partners with financial reporting related queries – primary contact for the business
• Drive operational excellence in the execution centers by advising and coaching on process execution
• Identifying process improvement initiatives and aligning with business partners on decision making process
• Accountable and responsible for correct periodic corporate reporting
• Involved in implementing process, internal control and tax improvement initiatives
• Managing all operational tax and regulatory queries from government, tax and regulatory agencies

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Extensive work experience as an Accounting/ Finance Controller
• Degree in Accounting/ Controlling or related field
• Experience in transition and/or transforming financial processes
• Good system knowledge, e.g. SAP
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence
• Ability to prioritize and work independently
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience in working within a Shared Service Centers would be beneficial
• Understanding of US GAAP would be beneficial
