About Our Client
We are representing an established market leader company with over 20, 000 headcount regionally and registering year on year revenue growth.
The business is undergoing transformation and this shared services lead will play a pivotal strategic role in process improvement and regional integration, tapping on next generation digital and analytics tools to improve solutions and capability across functions such as human resources, finance and operation that are housed within the shared services model.
The ideal candidate will have about 10 years of experience with proven track record in transforming shared services operation by leveraging on automation, digital and advanced analytics to sustain impact to the wider organisation.
