The HR Director France will focus on leading the full HR function for Hexagon MI in France and roll out global and regional HR strategies to ensure an efficient and effective HR service delivery.

• As trusted business partner, coach country-level business unit leaders on change management, organizational and talent development
• Translate business organisation needs to align human resources programs and initiatives with strategic objectives and annual business goals
• Provide day-to-day support to all levels of the organization along the employee life-cycle and implement HR policies, programs, tools for effective people management processes
• Lead change management initiatives and support leaders in business transformation and cultural change
• Drive process excellence and continuous improvement by applying a lean HR Shared Services delivery mentality
• Guiding the existing HR Team into a Shared Service Center approach
• Lead discussions and negotiations with Works Councils
• Working alongside the existing HRBPs in the implementation of HR processes and projects

• University degree in business administration, human resources, social sciences, or related field
• Experienced with mergers of entities in France in a matrix organisation (harmonisation of agreements, benefits etc to create a Social and Economic Unity)
• Strong HRIS knowledge
• Experience working within an HR Shared Services setup, ideally including the implementation of HR Shared Services
• Strong record in leading People & Culture functions within an international, tech environment
• Proven ability to drive change and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translates strategies to actionable plans
• Excellent communicator and comfortable in dealing with senior stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of French labour laws and regulations
• Native level French, fluent English
