As a manager with a hands-on mentality, you will be responsible for the operative and strategic corporate alignment of our finance and administration departments in a growing technology company. In close, trusting cooperation with the CFO and the Management Board of Scopevisio AG as well as the managing directors of our subsidiaries, you will set the course for a successful future for the entire group of companies.

• Technical and disciplinary management in the areas of accounting, controlling, HR, legal, purchasing and general administration
• Ensuring proper financial and group reporting (including KPI analyses and reporting per division and company)
• Responsibility for the annual planning as well as the earnings forecast rolling during the year
• Establishment of a group-wide administrative shared service
• Further development and optimisation of administrative structures and processes
• Management and implementation of the human resources strategy
• Development of a contract and supplier management system in the non-IT sector
• Contact for supervisory boards, auditors, banks and shareholders

• Successfully completed studies with a focus on business administration
• Several years of relevant professional experience with in-depth knowledge of HGB, IFRS, investor relations, consolidations and the like
• Industry experience in the software & SaaS sector and IT affinity are an advantage
• Experience in medium-sized companies, with growth companies and in the M&A area (due diligence)Strong leadership personality with management experience, high assertiveness and negotiating skills as well as initiative
