Your role at Sephora:

As Vice President, Cloud Platform and Shared Services, you will: Lead Cloud development and hold responsibility for delivering completion of the cloud migration effort. Create technical strategy and roadmap for various shared engineering services, including enterprise integration and middleware services, performance engineering, DevOps, platform (PaaS) and infrastructure services (IaaS), which is central to everything we do. Oversee all aspects of Cloud Engineering. Serve as a member of our Technology Leadership team. Lead, inspire and grow a highly talented, diverse, world-class engineering team of approximately 70 engineers. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across our Technology Leadership Team to help scale our digital technologies and microservices applications. Lead engineering team to address integrations on ESB platforms, using technologies including Web Methods, Mule, Kafka and Azure Integration Services. Actively participate, collaborate, and influence overall IT architecture, and provide direction on how to build highly scalable applications. (Position allows some work-from- home flexibility, with schedule to be approved by manager. Must be able to work on site as required.)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems.
  • Ten (10) years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in software development.

Experience must include:

  • Engineering team management,
  • Cloud native technologies,
  • Microservices,
  • Cloud automation and cost optimization,
  • Deployment pipeline development,
  • Integration technologies,
  • Enterprise service bus,
  • API (Application Program Interface) development management, and
  • Application performance management.
