From Semilla I Human Capital, we are looking for a person for a Director of a Shared Services Center. Our client is a group of service companies (b2b and b2c), with headquarters in the City of Buenos Aires.
The position reports to the CEO of the holding, which has around 700 collaborators among its different businesses.
From the Service Center Management, this position will be in charge of the areas of:
- Administration
- Finance
- Human Resources
- Legal
- Technology and Systems
Adding the people from each mentioned team, it totals about 30 collaborators. His usual contacts will be the General Managers of each of the companies that make up the holding.
What should the ideal profile be like?
- Possess a university degree in Public Accounting or Industrial Engineering
- Have 15 years of work history
- Having worked directly on issues related to finance and administration
- Experience leading a direct team of people
Additionally, those people who have a more business than technical profile will be especially valued. Of course, any complementary training, such as Postgraduate or MBA are recognized, although like English, they are not necessary.
