Global organization – Overseas secondment program | Finance and Business transformation focus.

As the CFO for one of its key business unit in US, you will lead a sizeable finance team across US and Europe. You will provide controllership and business partnering capabilities to the local leadership team while driving alignment and reporting to HQ in Singapore. You are a strategic business partner and financial counsel to the business unit CEO and regional CFO by providing commercial and financial insights to drive value creation and business improvements. You will champion series of finance transformation including setting up of a shared services across other subsidiaries in US and Europe, global process alignment and strengthening internal controls and governance within local entities. You should have excellent commercial acumen in formulating strategies and identifying growth opportunities and translate this into actionable plans.

You should be Accounting Degree qualified with the recent 5 years in senior finance leadership capacity managing a sizeable team across different markets. You should have excellent business acumen with an inquisitive mind to challenge status quo. You are an enabler in supporting business and finance transformation with relevant experience of similar capacity in global organisations. You have sharp communication skills and influencing abilities while technical strong in all areas of controllership, FP&A and compliance.
