Description:
The Shared Services Manager Sr. is responsible for developing and managing a Shared Service that ensures effective and efficient processing of all transactions.
Optimize and centralize processes and resources in these areas, in order to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and increase the quality of services provided to other units or departments of the organization. Play a crucial role in transforming and optimizing an organization’s internal operations, working to centralize functions and services to improve organizational efficiency, quality and profitability.
- Manage multiple teams within TPI, currently consisting of +20 people.
- Ensure teams maintains expertise and knowledge of TPI solutions.
- Creates, executes, and analyzes operational reports to effectively run operations, and realize improvements in effectiveness, cycle times, compliance and service agreements with the businesses served.
- Translates business needs into systems and tools required to maximize efficiencies.
- Works with other business areas to achieve business change and ensures that roles, responsibilities, hand-offs, agreements, and process accountabilities are taken into consideration to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Be the link between corporate and shared services.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-10 Years of experience
- Ability to evolve business models, redesign processes, programs and requirements to design solutions that help achieve business objectives.
- Develop corporate level presentations.
- Proven ability to develop business relationships, gain consensus, and collaborate with other business areas on complex projects and initiatives.
- Ability to design and produce operational reports and analyze business data.
- Experience in global teamwork
