About Our Client

Our Client is an international company, currently establishing its Shared Service Center in Poland.

  • Develop and establish the organizational structure of the SSC.
  • Plan and execute the migration of processes from other countries to the SSC.
  • Oversee processes and projects in the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable areas, ensuring efficiency and compliance with internal policies.
  • Design and implement efficient processes and procedures within the SSC.
  • Lead and manage the SSC team, setting clear goals, KPIs, and supporting development plans.
  • Maintain contact with clients regarding payments and missing payments.
  • Provide support in VAT settlement and reporting.
  • Oversee transactions between companies within the Group.
  • Monitor and manage performance using KPIs, setting clear expectations for the team.
  • Identify and implement new initiatives within the team.
  • Define and agree on SLAs with key stakeholders, including KPIs, and manage performance accordingly.
  • Lead technology and process changes, sponsoring projects as required.
  • Ensure the proper quality level of delivery for products in the portfolio.
  • Become a member of the Global Change Management leadership team.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct and cooperate with the Finance function to create and manage accurate forecasts.
  • Responsible for delivering year-on-year productivity improvements and managing the budget.
  • Manage client relationships effectively.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar leadership position with a structure of a similar size is desirable.
  • At least 10 years of experience in an SSC/BPO environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in process design and knowledge transfers is a must.
  • Deep understanding of financial and accounting processes will be an added value.
  • Change management and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Well-developed managerial skills.
