This exciting role will provide critical financial planning and analytical support to the Shared Services functions and will be a true business partner to the organization. The role plays a big part in ensuring our Shared Services leaders have the information and guidance they need to be successful.   • Lead business partnerships across multiple teams within Shared Services including Development, People, Finance, Communications, Supply Chain, Legal, Executive, and Growth
  • Develop and lead financial performance reporting, including actual to budget, forecast to budget, and actual to prior year for the Shared Services teams plus have a general understanding of Brand G&A activity
  • Operate as a go-to resource for total Inspire G&A activity and be able to frequently articulate and present G&A activity to Senior Management
  • Support the People team with all financial impacts associated with work force planning including headcount budgeting and forecasting plus tracking ongoing headcount activity
  • Prepare presentations related to financial results for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ownership of the G&A allocations model and process
  • Develop, evolve, and publish regular KPI/metrics reporting to track results and identify trends
  • Lead the long-range planning and all aspects of the multi-year model for Shared Services
  • Create deep understanding and working knowledge of Inspire financial systems, data sources/uses and reports to continually improve and enhance business insights
  • Ensure raw data used in reporting, analysis, and planning is accurate and complete
  • Support ERP and adjacent financial system implementations
  • Drive to implement appropriate long-term system solution for project financial planning
  • Work closely with adjacent finance teams to ensure efficient and enhanced planning and analysis work outputs
  • Build a high-caliber team properly aligned with the growth of the business
  • Direct the daily activities and the career development of team members

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4 Year degree required
  • Graduate degree preferred
  • 5+ years experience financial and operational analysis, reporting and optimization
  • 5+ years of FP&A experience in global matrixed organization

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES

  • Understanding and working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, including DCF, ROI, IRR, NPV, Breakeven and Payback Periods
  • Understanding and working knowledge of firm valuation techniques, including DCF and EV multiples approaches
  • Experience with multi-year, three-statement financial models, including integrated capital structure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain complex analytical topics to a wide audience who may or may not be familiar with analytics or the subject matter.
  • Ability to build financial models to support forecasting, business analysis, and financial metric reporting
  • Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities
  • Exceptional critical thinking and both quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and decision-making skills to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and to provide recommendations for optimal solutions
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and a desire to identify and utilize data sources.
  • Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information
  • Strong knowledge and experience of working with various financial systems (Oracle Cloud, Hyperion, etc.) and performing a range of financial analyses
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Access and Word
  • Preferred: Relational database experience
  • Preferred: Experience with Enterprise software including planning software
