• Full ownership of all finance and accounting activities for the business, including internal control, regular reporting, and analysis furthermore Identifying risks and develop mitigation strategies, including financial risk and business performance risk
• Actively leading Shared Services in Germany, Greece, Chile as well as provide leadership to and develop the talent of the finance team, raising the bar of expectation
• Managing accounting and tax (transfer price evaluation), banking relations, working capital, (inventory, etc.), reporting, budgeting & forecasting, internal and external audit compliance, customer credit controlling and collection, contract management.
• Developing and presenting annual operating plans and monthly results to Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and corporate Knauf along with building strong credibility among the corporate structure and with the regional/global Finance Directors
• Monitoring of all operational processes and procedures using a compliance management system to ensure that the company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards
• Contribution to designing of the strategic plan and its execution

• 5 – 10 years of relevant experience in complex, multinational companies with international and regional responsibility
• 5+ years of financial responsibility for multiple profit centers as well as leadership experience
• Fluency in English and German
• Masters (graduate level) degree in applicable field of finance/business is preferred
• Strong leadership skills and proven ability to adapt leadership style to different situations and people, as well as to a complex business structure of a diverse product portfolio
• Open communicator with an inclusive management style and excellent presentation, negotiation, interpersonal communication and strong project management skills
• Willingness to travel internationally
