You’ll help to bring more patients their bluebird days by:

• Define, design & implement enterprise solutions for Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement and Legal
• Own, develop and support the technical architecture supporting the G&A IT systems
• Partner with Business Leads and other system owners to develop and execute bbb’s G&A system roadmap
• Deliver solutions that empower stakeholders to solve their complete business processes
• Lead a team business system analysts supporting the G&A systems
• Manage vendor relationships for supported applications

You’re the bird we’re looking for if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business management or a equivalent work experience
• Five to ten years of development, implementation and maintenance of enterprise grade applications
• Proven experience in large ERP deployments and deep expertise in oracle Fusion Applications
• Experience building and managing relationships with senior leaders within the business and IT organizations
• The ability to motivate, inspire, councel, and facilitate individuals and teams to take responsibility and accountability for goals
• Experience in a pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Proven experience managing cloud applications
