• Lead the Onboarding and Employee Data Management processes within India HR Shared Services team across different entities and location
• Manage team, stakeholders (Candidates, Recruiters, HRBPs, HR teams etc.) across different locations, entities and team for daily BAU, New Enhancements, Updates / Implementation.
• Manage expectations from business / stakeholders and work in close partnership within the teams to ensure customer delight.
• Implement / follow the HRSS governance model to ensure regular updates provided to business owners / stakeholders.
• Ensure that the team manages the daily operations tasks efficiently and follows SOPs, Maker and Checker for every process.
• Responsible of monthly, payroll cut-off audits, Lead statutory audits, Formulate and Implement Risk and Control measures for processes / BAUs managed. Ensure Business continuity through cross training of resources
• Partner / Handle new projects within agreed timeframes in collaboration with stakeholders and adhering to regulatory compliance and controls.
• Prepare Dashboards and KPIs showcasing health of the HRSS deliveries / processes centralized.
• Understand HR tools and systems, Improve existing HR operations processes and create efficiency by automating manual processes.
• Setting objectives and goals for the team and also track progress.
