As the Senior Vice President of Operations, you will be our strategic maestro, orchestrating high-level decisions and daily operations. You will craft cost-effective systems that meet both current and future organizational needs and drive efficiency to ensure that SAH is strong and sustainable long into the future.
- Set, communicate, and execute the strategic vision for our operations division.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive company goals and provide expertise on operations projects.
- Partner with other divisions to achieve our shared goals and objectives.
- Identify and implement new processes, technologies and systems.
- Ensure departmental decisions align with the organization’s business plan and vision.
- Establish and enforce operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures.
- Monitor costs, approve budgets, and provide oversight.
- Showcase your wisdom with periodic performance reports and metrics.
- Stay ahead of the curve by staying informed about emerging technologies and trends.
- Identify training needs and ensure our team is well-equipped.
- Other exciting duties may come your way, in addition to the above.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of industry-related experience, including 5 years in upper management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Outlook and Excel).
- Willingness to travel.
- Outstanding presentation abilities.
- Proven track record as a team leader with an understanding of management practices.
- Demonstrated project and budget management skills.
- Strong business acumen with a broad board understanding of fundamental business principles.
- Analytical problem-solving skills with an impeccable attention to detail.
- Ability to set overall strategy and drive process improvement.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and build consensus in a high-pressure environment.
