Our client is a leading technology based company, lauded and admired by its peers for continuous innovation. As they continue to reap the fruits of success and business expansion, the Employee Shared Services function will have to be enhanced to meet the growing demands. As such, there is an excellent opportunity for a senior Shared Services professional to join them, with an initial focus on Employee Services.

As a critical member of the Shared Services Organization, you will lead an international team in managing the entirety of employee services and lifecycle (including onboarding, payroll services etc.) on a global scale. You will embark on transformation initiatives with an objective of streamlining processes and achieving operational excellence. With state-of-the-art technology tools at your disposal, you will also be expected to embed automation (including RPA, AI) where possible depending on the stage of maturity in each of respective sub-work streams.

Ideally you should be degree qualified, with a minimum of 18 years’ relevant experience. Shared services, strong process mindset and operations experience is a must – this can be across all pillars and not confined to Finance or HR. You have a thirst for adventure and have a demonstrated track record of leading impactful transformation initiatives across geographies. Strategic in mindset, you are highly disciplined and structured in approach. A self-starter, you infect others with your positive energy and are adept at navigating through ambiguities. You are a respected leader with excellent skills in senior stakeholder engagement.
