The Director of Finance & Corporate Services holds a critical role at Cheetah Clean, reporting directly to the CEO. This position collaborates with the CEO and COO, sharing ownership and contributing significantly to the companys growth and overall success. The primary responsibilities of the Director include overseeing the Finance Department and implementing effective policies and procedures. In addition, this role involves partnering with and providing guidance to various departments such as Human Resources, Marketing, Property and Business Development, Facilities, Customer Service, and Operations. By ensuring projects are completed on time and maintaining our brands standard of excellence, the Director plays a pivotal role in the companys expansion. Occasional travel within parts of Kentucky and Tennessee may be required.

Business Responsibility
- Oversee all departments in partnership with the CEO and COO.
- Maximize return on investment (ROI) for all business activities.
- Manage banking and insurance relationships.
- Develop and maintain budgets, including the collection, analysis, and consolidation of financial data, and recommend plans.
- Ensure compliance with legal initiatives in collaboration with professional services.
- Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, training, and development.
- Negotiate collective agreements with third parties on behalf of the organization.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field, or possess 5-10 years of successful experience in a similar role.
- Possess a solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and project management.
- Familiarity with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the corporate business environment.
- Proficient in managing technology at an advanced level.
