They are currently experiencing significant demand from their Financial Services client base (particularly Asset & Wealth Management clients) and are looking to recruit a new Director in order to capitalise on this opportunity with a particular focus on Technology Enabled Finance Function Transformation competence

This is a classic client facing CFO Advisory Financial Services Aligned Director consulting role, where you will have the opportunity to help shape and take responsibility for some of the sectors most ambitious and complex Finance Function Transformation projects and programs. You will be expected to build relationships at senior levels within client organisations: working with them to understand their business problems and priorities, consulting with your peers internally to evaluate solution options that you will be expected to design and deliver whilst motivating and managing your team. You will be tasked to engage new and existing clients to build and foster trusted long-term relationships, gaining trusted-advisor status, engaging with them around their Finance Cloud agenda. Additional responsibilities will include: responsibility for leading programmes and projects of a large size and complexity, with respect to planning, managing and executing the delivery of engagements, including overseeing the writing of client reports and the review and quality assurance of work products. Whilst the focus will be very much cloud aligned you will be part of a practice covering :- Finance Function Data and Analytics Strategy, Finance Function TOM, Shared Service Design / Outsource, Digital strategy, P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A, Systems Architecture. As a Director within the business you will carry both a personal delivery and sales / origination target

In order to be successful all applicants will need to have significant Finance Function Transformation consulting experience focussed on Financial Services clients at Director level gained within a Top Tier Big 4 or equivalent Global consulting organisation to ensure you have the requisite sales and delivery experience required to meet the person and role specifications. You will be professional in your approach, with a natural ability to establish personal credibility with clients. You will also be highly organised, capable of coordinating your own workload and that of other team members, meet deadlines, and quality and risk objectives. You will be expected to add measurable value to your clients by delivering work that addresses their biggest problems and priorities. You will be expected to take-ownership for solution development and delivery trading on your technical expertise and experience. You will need experience with Cloud ERP technologies, and with that demonstratable experience in delivery of at least 1 SAP, Azure, Oracle Fusion, Infor Cloud or multi-cloud program. You will need experience of being fully accountable for project / programme delivery across a range of Finance and/or Global Business Services projects, with the ability to align traditional management techniques with agile ways of working.
