About Our Client

The client is a well renowned multinational company with an extensive global presence. They have operations in both Manila and Cebu.

• To ensure that our strategic and operational objectives are met through the development and implementation of employee engagement and retention strategies.
• To collaborate with specialist functions locally and regionally to support people related needs and expectations.
• To facilitate behavioral change in leaders and employees to drive our people and organisational transformation.
• To ensure that all expectations within our annual cycle of activities are achieved, ensuring that the employee experience is a focus at all times.
• To collaborate with key stakeholders to address key topics such as compensation and benefits, organisational design, succession planning, talent and organisational development.
• To ensure that we ensure that diversity and inclusivity across our products and services is evident.
• To coach and advise others on the effective resolution of a range of employee related challenges.
• To leverage data analytics to develop future focused HR activities.

• Minimum 10 years experience in the HR space, preferrably in the shared services industry
• Must have experience handing a global shared services center with a big headcount
• Well versed in the strategic and administrative facets of HR
• Open to working onsite in Cebu (candidates currently based in Manila should be open to relocation)
