Now you have a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career as a Business Controller at Specsavers! We are looking for someone who has a few years of experience as a Controller with a fearless, positive and prestige-free attitude. If you also have competence in Business Intelligence, or even Power BI, then it’s spot on! Job description The role as Business Controller is dynamic and varied, you will work with a focus on follow-up of the Swedish parent company, as well as for parts of our stores.

You belong to Specsavers Finance team of around twenty people and report to the head of the Controlling team. The controlling team consists of another four colleagues and you are part of a Shared Service Center that assists both the Swedish parent company and the Specsavers stores with analysis and follow-up.

• Financial analyzes with a focus on sales and market
• Budget & forecast work
• Assist the management team and other stakeholders with relevant decision-making material
• Superuser in Power BI where you are, among other things, responsible for building reports, driving development work and creating advanced analyses
• Be helpful with analyzes and documentation on an ad hoc basis

You preferably have a college or university education in a relevant field and have a few years’ experience in the role of controller.

If you have worked in retail, it is meritorious, but not a requirement.

Furthermore, we would like to see that you have a great interest in Business Intelligence and are happy to take on a great deal of responsibility regarding Specsaver’s BI tool Power BI.

It is good if you have a basic understanding of databases and integrations in order to then be able to develop your skills in the area.
