• Local Unit & Position Description Provide Controllership for GSS Finance, HR, R&P units within region;
• DNV Real Estate and Common Costs region
• Coordinate monthly closing and management reporting process including analysis and explanation of results (cost, revenue, HDC, hours)
• Coordinate planning/forecasting processes.
• Implement global DNV and GSS standardized processes around controllership in close cooperation with GSS Global Controller
• Hold responsibility for regional cost center structures
• Organize invoicing/allocation of costs to GSS customers within Region based on global templates (SLA, Real Estate Costs, Common Costs)
• Support the GSS Regional Support Coordinator in the communication and dialogue with the BAs around DNV Real Estate and Common Costs
• Contact point for local BA Controllers.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in finance, accounting, or any other related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in similar/related domain.
• He/She should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage relationships with various stakeholders.
• The ideal candidate for the role should possess the ability to work effectively with minimum supervision and independently.
• Exceptional Analytical & problem-solving abilities.
• He/She must demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments & culture, previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a Shared Services environment.
• Working knowledge of Finance BI, OneStream and/or databases will be considered as a plus.
