Are you a dynamic People, Change and Project Manager looking for a new challenge in an implementation and consulting environment?

Our NHS Shared Business Services Client Performance Team has a new opportunity for a Principal Client Performance Lead to work primarily in implementing new clients to our Finance & Accounting and Procurement services, alongside best practice and transformation projects.

You will report to the Head of Implementation and lead a team delivering projects or programmes and their deliverables, ensuring the desired outcomes for the organisation.

This is an exciting time to be part of our team as you will have the opportunity to play a key role in supporting our business as it expands and transforms.

We can offer great career progression opportunities, the ability to be based anywhere across the UK, benefits that you can flex to meet your needs, and training and development opportunities.

This is hybrid working, you will be predominantly working from home anywhere in the UK, with the requirement to travel to office locations or client sites for key meetings and training a few days a month.
