• Assesses the current shared services model to create a strategy and vision around the development and documentation of future state process flows, to identify needed organizational and workflow changes.
• Establish and maintain solid relationships with business unit leadership and other senior leaders.
• Leads and manages the Shared Services department’s function and performance by developing people and processes focused operational discipline and enhancing the customer experience.
• Provides support, oversight, and direction to the Shared Services departments ensuring adequate staffing and optimal operation in accordance with ELI needs and intention.
• Builds, develops, and improves operations, processes, and procedures in Shared services to support strategic direction.
• Serves as contributing member to the Strategic Planning Team and the Leadership Team.
• Assesses the current shared services model to create a strategy and vision around the development and documentation of future state process flows, to identify needed organizational and workflow changes.
• Recommend management the type of shared services environment in which the Company should operate – outsource, hybrid, etc.
• Manage all operational aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable, transactional accounting (GL posting), time & expense (Concur) and payroll.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, business administration, or CPA credential or equivalent work experience.
• Ten (10) or more years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience in accounting as well as other Shared Services functions.
• Deep understanding of shared services organizations and models. Demonstrated ability in setting strategy, driving performance, consistently producing superior results, cultivating ownership while enforcing company policies and applicable laws.
• Strong communicator with the ability to artfully influence, persuade and drive action. A collaborative management style and a strong customer service orientation.
• Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally with senior leaders in the organization.
• Wide range of experience in the areas of finance, supply chain and program management.
• Broad generalist experience in Operations, Information Technology, Operations and Finance.
