- Leading and developing a team of payrollers and HR administrators
- Implementation and optimization of HR processes and systems
- Responsible for compliance with legal and internal requirements in the HR area
- Close collaboration with management on the strategic direction of the HR department
- Budget planning and control for HR Operations
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior HR position, ideally in the logistics area
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and payroll
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with HR software, preferably SAP HCM
