This position will have governance responsibilities for COE Automation (Center of Excellence), North America Business Intelligence and direct responsibilities for local Project Management Office, relocation methodology, reskilling/upskilling as well as, local leadership for continuous improvement. Act as a technology and business liaison.
- Promotes communication and coordination across COE leaders, local SSC leads, and IT Services leads to drive improvement initiatives across NAS (North America Services).
- Coordinates issue management, escalation, and resolution with Automation and BI as required to ensure NAS applications business continuity.
- Coordinates strategic conversations across NAS and IT Services to define annual goals and priorities through an IT governance process.
- Provides quarterly and ad/hoc visibility for project progression and priorities definition.
- Monitors local SSC IT Services budget (align with NA budget) to ensure appropriate resource coverage to drive end to end process improvement and maintenance of current solutions.
- Provides direction and leadership to cross functional project resources (both internal and external), leveraging them to ensure delivery and client satisfaction.
- Responsible for coordinating definition of critical multifunctional success metrics with COE leads, including but not limited to monthly end to end NAS visibility through dashboard reporting.
- Leads multifunctional benchmark to maximize effectiveness and best practices across NAS.
- Leads reskilling/upskilling strategies to create capabilities across NAS that will enable technology and best practices adoption; including but not limited to White Belt, Scrum, Kaizen events, customer experience, BI & Automation Hackathon and other continuous improvement trainings/events as needed.
- Leads ad hoc projects across NAS as determined by business evolution.
- High School degree completed
- Bachelor´s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Technology, or another related field.
- Ten to more years of experience.
- Five or more years of leadership experience.
- Demonstrated skills around PMO/Scrum or Data Analytics, or Automation or Lean (Certifications related are ideal but not a must)
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement an innovation program, strategic global/regional mindset
- Experience on transition of new services into a Shared Services and/or COE model
- Knowledge of Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate and other automation or BI tools is ideal
- Demonstrated ability for stakeholder management and governance
