Bravida Shared Service Center (SSC) currently serves the group’s Nordic companies with financial services in the form of customer and supplier ledgers, as well as the Swedish companies’ common functions for payroll administration, ongoing accounting, financial statements and reporting. The center consists of just under 40 people, four of whom report directly to the Head of SSC.
Right now SSC is in a technological change phase with a transition to automated processes and as Head of SSC you have an important role to, in addition to leading the day-to-day operations, ensure that SSC maintains a high rate of automation.
The position is located at Bravida’s head office at Telefonplan in Stockholm and reports to the CFO.
To succeed in the role, we believe that you are an experienced leader with good knowledge in accounting. You are used to working in large companies, preferably with transaction-intensive operations. Processes and people are close to your heart. You can balance between having a strategic overview and digging into details when necessary.

- Several years of experience as a manager, with the merit of having led other managers
- Has very good knowledge in accounting
- Experience of working with process development
- Experience from centralized functions in large companies
- Merit with experience from shared service center
- Academic degree is a requirement
- Language: speaks and writes Swedish, Norwegian or Danish and speaks English fluently
