Industry leading analytics has always been a core competency of Caesars Entertainment. Each region has a centralized, shared service model. A successful leader in this position will be an individual who is capable of broad-based functional analysis reflective of the varied business requirements of our industry, including detailed analytical supporting areas of finance, labor, marketing, hotel and operations, and other key components of the business. This person will lead the centralized property analytics team for each region.

• Responsible for managing a team within Operations Analytics shared service entity (this entity is a part of the Strategic Analytics team)
• Monitors the decisions and time allocations of on-property direct reports
• Actively solicits feedback from property leaders and the Chief Analytics Officer on individual performance and collectively functional performance
• Responsible for property-level analytics for the assigned region. Must ensure that on-property resources consistently deliver as translator/interpreter of data and facilitators of analytical work.
• Communicate and deliver high profile and sensitive information to key members of senior management
• Manage the effectiveness of analytics at the property
• Ensure open lines of communication between the property and the Chief Analytics Officer
• Participates in establishing common understanding and integrating best practices from Strategic Analytics into the property
• Constantly evaluates, critiques and make necessary changes to the organizational structure to ensure that
  • Analytical work is performed and communicated at A+ levels
  • Takes advantage of enterprise size and scale
• Must be proactive and assertive in taking advantage of unique organizational positioning within a shared service and also on-property. Influential recommendations as an advisor to property leadership as well as the Chief Analytics Officer
• Lead an organization with methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies.
• Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks.

Qualified candidate will need to be a seasoned executive with proven leadership skills, technical competency, experience working within a large enterprise with a widely distributed operating footprint, and strong executive level communication skills. This individual will be capable of broad-based functional analysis reflective of the varied business requirements of our industry, including detailed analytical support in areas of finance, labor, marketing, hotel and operations, and other key components of the business.

• Senior executive with strong analytics, accounting, and management experience
• Experience in leading a geographically diverse team
• 5+ years of post-graduate work experience in a corporate strategy, corporate finance, or consulting environment
• 7+ years of professional work experience
• Proven problem solving, conceptual thinking, and analytical abilities
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with competing demands for resources
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with project execution focus
• Strong executive-level communications skills
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
